Position: QUALITY CONTROL Assistant
Location: Auburn, Alabama

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing and ensuring the quality control management with overseeing and managing the Process and quality management at the plant

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review and approve proposed changes to processes
• Ensure all proposed changes are evaluated thoroughly
• Make decisions on proposed changes in a timely manner
• Identify and investigate non-conformance material and maverick lots
• Approve or reject non-conformance material and maverick lots
• Develop and implement procedures for identifying, investigating, and dispositioning non-conformance material and maverick lots
• Conduct audits to ensure that non-conformance material and maverick lots control procedures are being followed
• Maintain records of all non-conformance material and maverick lots.
• Report on the effectiveness of non-conformance material and maverick lots control procedures
• Process audits for Corrective Action and preventive Actions to do proactive control

REQUIREMENT:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of quality management principles, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
• Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 or industry-specific requirements

QUALITIFICATION:
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in non-conformance material control, maverick lots management, or similar activities is advantageous


EDUCATION :
• Bachelor’s degree in related to Quality or similar industry  Industrial engineering

EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years of experience in Quality management,
• Experience with automotive ind, manufacturing r production processes preferred
