Position: PROCESS QUALITY
Location: COVINGTON, GA

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing and ensuring the proper disposition of non-conforming materials and maverick lots and overseeing and managing the Process Change Control Board’s activities within an organization

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage PCCB (Process Change Control Board)
• Review and approve proposed changes to processes
• Ensure all proposed changes are evaluated thoroughly
• Make decisions on proposed changes in a timely manner
• Identify and investigate non-conformance material and maverick lots
• Approve or reject non-conformance material and maverick lots
• Develop and implement procedures for identifying, investigating, and dispositioning non-conformance material and maverick lots
• Conduct audits to ensure that non-conformance material and maverick lots control procedures are being followed
• Maintain records of all non-conformance material and maverick lots.
• Report on the effectiveness of non-conformance material and maverick lots control procedures
• Process audits for Corrective Action and preventive Actions to do proactive control

REQUIREMENT:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of quality management principles, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
• Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 or industry-specific requirements

QUALITIFICATION:
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in non-conformance material control, maverick lots management, or similar activities is advantageous
• Proven experience in change management, process improvement, or project leadership roles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decisions

EDUCATION :
• Bachelor’s degree in related to Quality or similar industry

EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ years of experience in Quality management System Industries or Customer Quality Engineering
• Experience with manufacturing electronic parts or production processes preferred
• Experience with data analysis tools
• Experience in Quality Department in Semiconductors and Automotive Industry
