• Prepare business and financial plans, goals, and budget plans for the Finance/Planning Team;
• Preapare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Analyzing financial plans and budgets to ensure that the company meets its financial goals and objectives;
• Monitoring financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, financial statements, and the general ledger;
• Monitoring the performance of investments and identifying opportunities for growth;
• Analyzing business plans to ensure that the company achieve its long-term strategic goals;
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and preparing monthly profit and loss statements;
• Participating in other planning activities, such as forecasting, risk management, and scenario planning;
• Report the operational activities of the Finance/Planning Team to senior manager.
• Accounting settlement and accounting audit response by period
• Prepare accounting slips and review the subordinate's slips
• Reviewing insurance policies, Communicating with insurance agents
• Review the financial statements of subsidiaries.
• All tasks performed are reported to the finance(Accounting) team leader. Perform tasks under the direction of the finance(Accounting) team leader.
