EDUCATION & EXPERTISE
• Korean Bilingual
• Juris Doctorate from ABA accredited law school and active license to practice law in Georgia
• 7-10 years of in-house counsel experience and 2-3 years at a law firm preferred
• Experience in the solar industry or the energy sector is a plus
 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, provide commercially focused practical legal advice, and appropriately consider risks to Qcells
• Experience in analysis, review, and drafting of complex vendor contracts required
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, strategic and analytical thinking and ability
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate across all levels within the organization
• Legal and moral integrity
• Authoritative and has managerial and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to deadlines
• Ability to translate complex legal or factual issues into plain language communications
• Self-motivator and ability to act independently
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
