Position: UTILITY TECHNICIAN
Location: COVINGTON, GA

JOB SUMMARY
Perform daily inspections, operations, maintenance, and manage electricity consumption of various systems including electrical facilities, boilers, air conditioning units, HVAC, chilled water pumps, PCW refrigerators, CDA systems, scrubber facilities, and ultra-pure water production facilities.
Responsible for daily checks and maintenance of various process gases, wastewater facilities, process exhaust facilities, in-factory climate control equipment, factory lighting, general building exhaust facilities, and managing and maintaining all process piping.
Execute management consumables, oversee utility facilities, and ensure regular replacement of clean room filters for enhanced productivity, safety, and quality.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily inspection, maintenance, and electricity consumption management of electrical facilities (TR, SWGR, PDP, UPS, etc.)
• daily inspection, and maintenance of boiler facilities
• daily inspection, and maintenance of air conditioning equipment
• daily inspection, and maintenance of HVAC refrigeration units / AHU / MAU
• daily inspection, and maintenance of chilled water pump
• daily inspection, and maintenance of PCW (Process Chilled Water) refrigeration units
• daily inspection, and maintenance of PCW Pump
• daily inspection, and maintenance of CDA (Clean Dry Air) System (Air compressor, Dryer)
• daily inspection, and maintenance of Scrubber facilities (Acid, Alkali, ADP)
• daily inspection, and maintenance of ultra-pure water production facilities (DI Water)
• inspection of GN2 Gas supply facilities (Liquid Tank, Generator)
• daily inspection of Process Gas (H2 gas and 8 other types) facilities
• daily inspection and maintenance of Process Exhaust emission facilities
• Inspection and maintenance of the factory's thermostatic humidifier / air conditioner
• Regular replacement (every 3~5 years) of clean room filters (Hepa filter)
• Daily inspection and maintenance of BFU (Biosafety Cabinets), FFU (Fan Filter Units)
• Inspection and maintenance of FCU (Fan Coil Units)
• Maintenance of factory lighting
• Management and daily inspection of general Building Exhaust facilities
• Management and maintenance of all process piping (including gas and chemical pipes), and general piping
• Management of other utility facilities
• All utility Equipment PM(Preventive maintenance)
• Management of spare parts(inventory, purchasing)
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution
• Preparation of preventive maintenance log

  REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to cope with pressure and be a team player
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools
• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
• Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction
• Must be a safety and quality conscious person
• Able to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours
• Must have to the ability to work with small quantities of chemicals and in a wet lab environment (applicable to specific job function)

QUALITIFICATIONS:
• Troubleshooting and reporting skills
• Able to demonstrate oneself as a quick learner
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with proven experience
• Advanced ability to innovate workflows or procedures
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
• Demonstrates ability to lead teams related to projects and/or joint tasks
• Skilled as a trainer/mentor/coach with focus on individual and team growth
• Goal and customer-oriented individual

EDUCATION:
• Two years of college or technical school (preferred, but not required)

EXPERIENCE:
• More than 5 years of experience in Semiconductor field (preferred, but not required)
• Previous Equipment Maintenance a plus (applicable to specific job function)
