The Construction Mechanical Project Manager (CMPM) will manage the HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection/Automation systems for the new Projects (Ingot, wafer, cell, and module production) that are processed on time and accurately. This position is also responsible for managing, overseeing, and administrating Engineering and Construction work.

1. Responsibilities
The CMPM will manage the HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection/Automation systems for the new Projects (Ingot, wafer, cell, and module production) that are accurately processed on time.
Engineering Management:
- Manage the technical needs in all stages of the factory construction phase and design, including conceptual and detailed system design deliverables, observing regulatory codes and requirements of other stakeholders, specifying the balance of systems, and coordinating needs for permitting.
Construction Management:
- Manage the site construction activities related to HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection/Automation systems issues with the assigned General Contractor, the detail tasks including but not limited to progress monitoring and control, technical advice, schedule management, risk control, claim management, inspection & test, commissioning, productivity review, expediting works, etc.
Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as government authorities require and ensure all required civic bodies inspections are performed.

2. Project Management:
Manage overall projects and support the Director of Project Control in developing and reviewing project schedules, cost estimation, bills of materials, budgets, scopes of work, standards, and quotes from the contractors & suppliers.
Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations.
Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

3. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of prior experience in construction and/or project management experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection/Automation systems
Strong Excel skills: Pivot Table, V-Lookups, filters, etc
Excellent logical and analytical abilities
Strong organization aptitude and attention to detail
Solid understanding of federal & state regulations for HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection/Automation systems
Demonstrated reliability with excellent time-management skills
Works well under the pressure of deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in HVAC and Fire Protection engineering or another related field
Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs.
Ability to understand, evaluate and make fair, reasonable judgments on the proposals (RFPs).
