저희 회사는 NORCROSS에 위치하고 있으며 STATE HIGHWAY 85, 101 EXIT에 위치하여 출퇴근이 용이하며
조지아 및 알라바마 지역의 삼성전자 가전제품의 A/S를 담당하고 있습니다.

주 5일(월~금) 오전8시부터 오후5시 근무를 기본으로 하며, 개인사정에 따라 PART TIME으로 근무도 가능합니다.

  - 업무: 삼성전자 가전제품 전화 접수 및 스케줄 편성

현지인과 의사소통이 가능하시고 기본적인 컴퓨터 사용이 가능하신분

Qualifications

High School Graduate - Minimum
Excellent computer skills
Quick learner
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Dependable
Can follow directions
Mechanical ability preferred
Duties

Take inbound calls from customers and manufacture rep.
Research questions and respond to customers
Communicate with other departments in the company
Support and schedule outside technicians
Accurately enter data
Help with answering all calls
