Responsibilities:
• A tech support provides training and technical assistance to merchants and agents.
• Tech Support Representatives are responsible for troubleshooting of terminal and POS computer hardware and software.
• The position requires interaction with customers helping them resolve their technical issues through electronic medium such as email or phone.
Qualifications:
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Able to work in night and weekend as well as weekdays
• Good knowledge on terminal functionalities and download file is a plus
• Bilingual in Korean and English
