THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
At Special Hair Salon, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver clients' dreams into reality. Delighting clients with the newest trends and ideas, enhancing their esteem, and setting them loose to conquer their worlds. Seriously. Could anything be more rewarding? You’ll accomplish all of this by:
• Performing hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, perm, and hair treatments.
• Building personal and professional rapport with all guests
• Providing professional product recommendations as part of all services
• Attending mandatory educational workshops
• Assisting in store duties
• Adhering to all Salon standards for guest service and cleanliness
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
Qualified candidates will be 5+ years old with a Cosmetology diploma and license (not required).
Additional requirements include:
• Proficiency in the latest salon techniques
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work
• An engaging personality to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team Essential Functions:
BENEFITS
• 50% Commission (60k - 90k a year)
• $1,000 Signing Bonus
• One-week paid vacation
