TUCKER, GA
A small established international pharmaceutical distributor is looking for a full-time Customer Development Associate with Korean language skills to join the team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail oriented, conscientious and comfortable in a small business setting. Must be able to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-growing environment. Be a part of a team providing medicinal products that improve the lives of patients around the world.
REPORTS TO: Senior Sales Operations Director
COMPENSATION: Salary, commissions and benefits commensurate with experience.
Summary of Position:
The Customer Development Associate will learn the Customer Development role while assisting Senior Sales Operation Director with a broad range of administrative duties supporting the Sales Group efforts. Ultimately the candidate will move into a Customer Development Director position providing superior sales support to existing customer base and developing new customers in the Asia-Pacific region.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Engaging international customers for the purpose of providing pharmaceutical products for critically ill patients.
• Assist in addressing and resolving customer service issues
• Product research and comparative analysis on pharmaceuticals to identify niche sales opportunities.
• Develop accurate, complete and fully detailed product quotations in an excel format for customer inquiries
• Work closely with operations team to ensure all operational needs of the client are met.
• Assist the sales team organizing international trade shows, booth details, marketing collateral and travel arrangements.
• Assist with administrative projects and general office duties including mailings, database maintenance, and export documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a medical or pharmacy setting is not required but is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2-year experience in customer service, sales or business development
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word (experience with Fishbowl and QuickBooks is a plus)
- Keen attention to detail
- Desire to assist others to achieve common goal
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing and managing time
- Strong motivation to see a job to completion
- Capability to work in team environment with customer service focus
- Strong professional interpersonal skills
- Willing to wear different hats and to evolve
- Able to work Independently
Must be able to provide social security or work permit - we are currently not offering sponsorships.
