MDC Healthcare is hiring a full-time HR Assistant.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday during business hours.( 8am – 4:30pm)
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Provides general assistance to team members and management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, e.g., Word and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• On-Boarding/Orientation for Korean caregivers
• Ensures a welcoming front office environment, including greeting incoming visitors and notifying the office team of the visitor’s arrival.
• As the first contact for visitors to the office, business casual or business formal attire is required in order to present an elevated professional environment to visitors
• Answers incoming telephone calls and responds to voicemail messages
• Reviews all incoming correspondence and identifies items of importance to management, including handling and distribution of correspondence
• Maintains and/or establishes office filing system
• Provides general assistance to team members and management
• Inputs data into corresponding office systems
• Performs related responsibilities as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma
• Previous experience with administrative support or secretarial/clerical work preferred visitors
• Answers incoming telephone calls and responds to voicemail messages
• Reviews all incoming correspondence and identifies items of importance to management, including handling and distribution of correspondence
• Maintains and/or establishes office filing system
• Provides general assistance to team members and management
• Inputs data into corresponding office systems
• Performs related responsibilities as needed
