POSITION SUMMARY:  Provide executive-level administrative support by handling clerical functions, preparing reports, receiving visitors, and scheduling meetings.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Provide CEO administrative support
- Preparing correspondence and arranging functions for board meetings
- Perform clerical functions such as receiving visitors, arranging meetings and scheduling
- Greet customers and assist them in receiving the appropriate services
- Open, sort and distribute incoming calls, emails, mail, and faxes
- Check the bank’s P.O. Box
- Prepare account reports for the Chairman
- Complete all Chairman’s errand requests
- Contact vendors for preparation in opening new bank branch locations
- Coordinate supplies for new bank branch locations such as invitations, appreciation gifts, banners, fryers, etc.
- Advertising products, special events and general advertising
- Order supply/gift items for bank and customers
- Order yearly Calendars, Christmas card, and VIP gifts for end of year
