NORCROSS, GA에 위치한 현대건설기계(주) 미국법인에서 다음과 같이 채용을 합니다.
Primary Duties:
Order processing
Use of SAP system, Quote dealers orders, Make corrections and approve orders, Daily phone communication with
dealers, Daily e-mail communication with dealers, Daily update of monthly sales order file, Daily communication with
finance team
Invoicing
Factory Orders
Update excel file with daily factory orders, Create factory orders in SAP
Quote for freight
Quote different carriers for best quotes, Communicate with dealer’s and arrange shipping once the quote is approved
Daily communication with FL shop
Inventory
Daily accurate update of the inventory file
Work Orders
Daily accurate update of work order file
Filing
Computer Skills Required:
Experience needed working in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Google Maps
Must be able to function well in a team environment to achieve department goals
Must be a self-starter and able to stay on task, meet deadlines and make informed decisions with minimal supervision

근무요일: 주 5일
급여: 면접후 협의 (avg. 50K - 60K depends on the years of experiences)
