1. Job Position: CS (Customer Service) MANAGER (HV Equipment)

2. Type: Full-Time Permanent Position

3. Responsibilities

• Manage and lead warranty issues supplied by the company to maximize customers’ satisfaction and minimize impact on customers and the company
• Communicate with customers via phone, and email to receive warranty cases
• Collect necessary information on the product and its warranty case
• Generate warranty case number and provide it to the customer with acknowledgment
• Communicate with experts and technicians to prepare solutions for warranty cases
• Provide solutions to customers in a professional way
• Work with local partner companies to execution warranty
• Process warranty-related invoices.
• Coordinate with PM to issue
• Manage and timely update warranty tracker
• Assist with warranty and/or budget report
• Estimate budget of installation-related scope for new bidding projects
• Prepare to bid HV equipment field work for ongoing projects and award vendor
• Review and process field work-related bills from vendors

4. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 4+ years of experience in the CS field or HV transmission equipment field required.
• Knowledge of HV transmission products (transformer, HV breaker) required
• Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP, and other applicable software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English required
• Ability to travel 10%
• Complex problem-solving skills required.
• Expertise in HV equipment field service-related business is preferred
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
