Job Positions: Project Manager, Project Engineer, Field Coordinator, Accounting Assistant
Location: Savannah, GA / Suwanee, GA(Accounting Assistant Only)
Position Requirements(공통 자격 요건)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English are preferred
– Dependable and responsible a MUST.
– Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines.
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to multitask.
– Detain-oriented team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
1. Project Manager(건축 부분)
-Site mobilization and preparation
-Construction progress, quality, and cost management
-Progressive payment review and approval
-Design change and change order preparation and review
-Procurement schedule review and approval
-Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
-Over 10 years of experience
-CAD Skills
2. Project Engineer
– Assist in the development, review, and approval of construction plans, including goals and objectives
– Provide technical support to estimating team for bids and proposals
– Manage, expedite, and support scope-related construction document submittals, budgets, and schedules
– Act as a subject matter expert regarding some engineering activities
– Interact closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met
– Prepare engineering scope documents, exhibits, budgets, specifications, schedules, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
– Lead or participate in project meetings and conference calls.
– Produce quality engineering plans, studies, and specifications while ensuring compliance with department, project, company, and industry requirements
and standards
– Participate in engineering, design, and construction review processes
– Lead and conduct value-engineering studies of alternative design approaches
– Interpret plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and construction
– Lead or assist with investigations of construct-related issues, including root cause analysis as needed
– Other duties as assigned
Qualification
– Practical experience with CAD software is preferred
Minimum Education & Experience
– 4 to 6 years of related experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
3. Field Coordinator
– Material receiving from delivery truck and distribution to subcontractors
– Material preparation according to the construction schedule (Painting, cutting, etc. if necessary)
– Material/trash disposal
– On-site construction equipment management (pick-up and return)
– Site supply management Water, Safety Vests, etc.)
– Manpower management
– Other duties as assigned
4. Accounting Assistant
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education & Experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skill
- Dependable and responsible a MUST
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadline
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task
- Detain-oriented team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- 0~6 years of experience preferred
