Job Title: Business Analyst
Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Duration: 1 year

This role may require occasional overtime due to urgent business or market needs.

Language Requirement:
• Korean / English bilingual (required)

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business innovation and IT-related roles
• Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow operations and development is preferred
• Experience with Oracle and SQL is preferred
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to build and manage project plans and risks
• Ability to identify and validate business needs, requirements, and processes, and translate them into system requirements
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing and resolving issues for business users
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
