모집분야: Senior Graphic Designer
자격요건: 취업에 결격 사유가 없는 분 (취업 스폰서 가능)
고용형태: 정규직
근무요일: 주 5일(월, 화, 수, 목, 금)
근무시간: 09:00 am ~ 06:00 pm
근무지역: Rotation between Duluth office and remote work
급여: 면접 후 결정


Key Responsibilities
• Develop and present design solutions following creative directions, brand strategy and marketing objectives
• Communicate design concepts with clear reasoning behind proposed solutions
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet established deadlines
• Prepare creative ideas and fresh approaches to each project
• Participate in group critiques of creative design layout


Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related major
• 5+ years of relevant design experience
• Advanced design skills in packaging, brand identity, typography and editorial design
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and related graphic design software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent ability to convey ideas and solutions both verbally and visually
• Ability to work in team environment and follow company procedures
