DASAN-USA Hiring Sales management & Purchase manager

We want to hire administrative employees in sales management and purchasing management as shown below.
As a Korean company, we have a pride in Dasan-USA, which manufactures guns and firearms in the United States, employing a challenging and faithful management employee to achieve the growth of the company and the development of an individual.

1. Common Requirements and Conditions
- Related Departments 4-year graduates, English / Korean Bilingual (English priority)
- Career: No matter. (Prefer the same industry or affected area)
- Title and salary: Adjustable according to the career
- Monday ~ Friday work (week 40 hours standard, weekend needs O/T with paid)
- Working hours 08:30 ~ 17:30 (8 hours a day work standard)
- Medical Health Insurance, Dental, Vision 100%, and PTO
- NO Visa / Job Sponsoring
- Interview after receiving a resume (must English) and a self-introduction letter (either English or Korean).
- Document acceptance up to the completion of the employment

2. Purchase Manager
- Purchase mechanical parts from headquarters and foreign companies (Order receive and shipping management)
- Machine parts and services purchase, Coating/Plating USA sub-contractors
- Some support for purchasing business related to General administration and equipment technology
- Managing stock storage

3. Sales Manager
- Establish sales plan by consulting with the organization of headquarters and Sales group in USA
- Headquarters, OEM customers and Own brand sales resp. orders and shipments management
- ON-LINE Order handling and shipment management
- Customer Care and Response (Phone or Email, etc.)
- Manage and support sales organizational activity and shipment delivery to Customers
- To support Sales increase activities

미주 한인 업체로는 유일하게 총기류를 제조 판매하는 둘루스 소재 Dasan-USA (다산 미국지사)에서 아래와 같이 적극적인 의욕과 비전을 가지고 회사의 발전 및 미국 총기류 시장 개척 업무에 도전하고자 하는 성실한 관리직 사원을 모집합니다.

 

1. 공통 조건
- 관련 학과 4년제 졸업자, 영어/한국어 이중 언어 가능자 (영어 우선)
- 경력: 상관없음. (단 동종 업계 또는 직종 관련 경력자 우대)
- 직급 및 급여: 연봉제, 경력에 따라 조정 가능
- 월~금요일 업무 (주 40시간 표준, 주말 근무 필요시 협의 후 O/T 지급)
- 근무 시간 08:30 ~ 17:30 (일일 8시간 근무 표준)
- Medical Health Insurance, Dental, Vision 100%, PTO
- No Visa/Job sponsoring
- Resume (English) 및 자기소개서 (한/영 관계없음) 접수 후 Interview 개별 연락함.

2. 구매 관리자
- 한국 본사 및 국내외 외국인 업체들로 부터 기계 부품 구매 (발주 및 입고 확인)
- 기계 부품 및 서비스 구매, 도금 외주 업체 발주 관리
- 총무 및 설비 기술 관련 구매 업무 일부 지원
- 물류 관리 창고 담당자의 업무 관리

3. 영업 관리자
- 한국 본사 및 미주 영업 담당 조직과 협의하여 매출 계획 수립
- 한국 본사, OEM 고객 및 자사 상표 총기류 Order 접수 및 출하 관리
- On-line Order 접수 및 출하 관리
- 고객 요구 사항 응대 (전화 또는 email 등)
- 제반 영업 조직 활동 관리 및 지원, 출하 관리자의 업무 관리
- 매출 증대 활동
