Account Payable Specialist
 Job Description
1. Account Payable
1) Review and process account payable on time
2) Communicate with vendors
3) Process employee’s reimbursement
4) Review sales and use tax status for each account payable journal entries
5) Reconcile account payable by vendor quarterly basis
6) Control vendor list and set up new vendor
7) Prepare 1099-Misc and 1099-Nec for applicable vendors
8) Prepare and Process payment for franchise taxes and Business licenses
2. Budget Control and Analysis
1) Prepare report and compare monthly budget vs actual expenses
2) Analyze expenses as requested
 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent accounting experiences


AR & FA specialist
Job Description
1. Account Receivable
1) Apply customer payments to proper billings
2) Generate an account receivable aging report monthly basis
3) Contact customers or sales department to ensure the aged billings
2. Fixed Asset
1) Control the investment budget and actual
2) Perform recurring fixed asset transactions including acquisition & disposition & transfer
3) Manage fixed asset books such as fixed asset sub-ledger and construction in progress work
sheets
3. Sales & Use Tax and Property Tax
1) Review all payable transactions, and prepare sales & use tax payable monthly basis (AL/MI/
NC)
2) Prepare property taxes report yearly basis (AL/MI/NC)
