We are urgently hiring a office manager to oversee office adminstrive team.
Office manager will coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy and supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
-Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data.
-Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures and Retail operations.
- Assist colleagues, directors, and executive team whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
Qualification
- must be able to speak and write English fluently
- must be able to use Microsoft Office applications such as excel.
- must be organized and able to meet deadlines
- must demonstrate high comprehension skills
- must be able to work in US
Salary
- $4,000 per month
Work Hours
- Monday ~ Friday 9am - 5pm
