Hello,

We are hiring someone who can work front desk at Baymont Hotel in Braselton, GA.
Full time and/or Part time
Hours of Operations: Rotating 2 Shifts (7am-3pm and/or 3pm-11pm) 5 days a week. However, schedule varies based on hours and need.

Responsibilities:

~Maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times
~Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.
~Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor.
~Booking and managing reservations
~Follow set procedures on posting, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
~Communicate all pertinent information to the Front Office Managers and Supervisors
~Standing for long periods of time

Requirements:

~Customer Service Experienced
~Demonstrate good computer skills
~Must know how to multitask at a fast/quick pace
~Able to be a Team Player with all departments

~Overall, we are seeking someone with a dynamic personality, heart for customer service, and a strong work ethic.
