Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:15am to 5:15pm

About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Client Manager to support our Business Insurance team. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, helping with renewals, new business, and day-to-day service. It’s a great chance to grow your skills and build strong client relationships!

 

What You’ll Do:

• Be the main contact for clients, building lasting relationships
• Support client requests, prepare proposals, and attend meetings
• Handle renewals, compare coverage options, and submit to carriers
• Process coverage changes and endorsements
• Support your team and mentor newer colleagues

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years experience in commercial insurance  or client account service
• Property & Casualty license (we can help you get it if needed)
• Good with computers, especially agency management systems and Microsoft Office
• Organized, communicative, and a team player
• Passionate about helping clients and working collaboratively
