글로벌 3PL 선도기업 Nalara Corp.에서 알라바마주 Montgomery와 Opelika 창고에서현대차·기아차현지법인 및 Tier 1 공급업체를 지원하는 프로젝트팀에서 창고 운영을 관리·지원할  On-site Project Coordinator를 찾고 있습니다.

본 포지션은 물류창고에서 진행되는 프로젝트매니저를 지원하여 현장운영 전반을 관리하며, 현장인력을 직접 지휘·관리하고 근태 및 업무수행을 총괄하여 프로젝트가 일정에 맞게 원활히 진행될 수 있도록 조율하는 역할을 담당합니다. 또한, 안전 및 품질기준을 철저히 준수하며 현장운영의 완성도를 높이는 중요한 역할을 수행하게 됩니다.

About the Role:
Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a passion for leading teams and keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for an On-site Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations for automotive parts projects. In this role, you’ll supervise a dedicated team, ensure projects run on time, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing warehouse operations.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate work.
• Monitor inventory, material handling, and workflow to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain daily operation reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
• Identify challenges and actively help solve operational issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or a supervisory role (ideally 3+ years), preferably within automotive or manufacturing environments, is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and supervising skills with a hands-on approach.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Korean (required).
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project needs.
