- Full time 근무가 가능하신분 ( 월~ 금 오전 9:00- 오후6:00)

- 세금보고에 문제가 없으신분

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls from customers

• Communicate with customers to identify appliance issues

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians

• Provide clear, professional, and friendly customer support

• Accurately enter and update information in our system

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

• Proficient with computers and basic office software

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
