Contract Specialist (계약/수주 관리)분야의 인재를 구하고 있습니다.


업무: 계약서 작성 및 관리/ AP. AR관리 및 거래처 관리
 Creating and updating records and databases with order entries, AR, AP and sales representative commission, etc.
 Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
 Preparing a pricing structure sheet and creating order forms for projects
 Managing vendor accounts payables & advance payments
 Managing customer accounts receivables & deferred revenues
 Writing remittance applications / invoice

스킬: MS office, strong Excel skills preferred
위치: Norcross . GA
