Advertising/Promotions Coordinator
Jinny Beauty Supply recognizes the key to our success is our people. We are a family-owned company that has grown to become one of the world’s largest distributors of beauty products. Our corporate offices are located in Doraville Georgia, with 7 additional locations throughout the USA. We are seeking a highly motivate person looking to grow within our organization to fill this full-time position.
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate with vendor partners and our buyers to establish annual advertising, promotional plans and contracts.
• Maintain timelines, secure Ad images as needed, and place in proper print or digital medium.
• Coordinate with vendors, our buyers, and Graphics monthly to execute all Co-Op advertising activities.
• Invoice and Collect all Co-Op advertising, promotional, Show, or other funds due and work with accounting to process checks, credits or free goods.
• Run reports to track and analyze Co-Op and promotional activities
• Confirm vendor participation for special events like Shows, Meetings and schedule meeting times as needed.
• Work with Decorator for Company Trade shows.
Qualifications:
• Prefer College degree or 1 – 2 years’ work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word.
• Organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Independent and self-motivated.
Salary is $13-15 based on experience.
The dress is casual; the office is relaxed; the expectations of performance are great.
