JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position : Sales Operations Specialist
Location : 11800 Amber Park Dr, Suite 225, Alpharetta, GA 30009

•Support Sales, DSK (HQ) and customers-answer questions, resolve any sales operation related issues
•Work closely with internal & external customer’s operations teams to understand & align on the impact of scheduling issues and identify/recommend mitigation plans and alternative solutions
•Track and manage open orders including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with DSK (HQ) to ensure product is stocked and shipped on schedule
•Set up new accounts with required documents and maintain existing customers with latest account information on ship to locations, incoterm, and etc.
•Monitor credit limit & accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and DSA’s credit department
•Prepare & maintain sales related reports and provide requested reports to multiple teams as needed
•Create and update operation manuals & share within operation team
•Support daily PO (purchase order) & DO (delivery order) and monitor the billing progress
•Process RMA requests and sales billing adjustments     
•Able to provide back-up support to co-workers on PTOs/weekends/holidays on rare occasions
•Extremely detail oriented
•SAP experience a plus

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
•BA or BS in related field
•0~3+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience
•Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain key collaborative relationships across multiple functional organizations and with customer
•Prior PO management experience in customer facing role preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
•Ability to travel domestically (<1%)
