PromiseOne Bank is a community bank that would serve our community and its diverse population.  As a community-oriented commercial bank, we offer small business, commercial loans, mortgage loans, and customary banking services such as deposit products.  We started our banking operation from our main branch in Gwinnett County and have continued to expand our geographic footprints rapidly.  With this fast growth, we are looking for new talents in the following areas:

1. Accounting Officer Trainee

Job Summary
▪ Responsible for preparing and posting accounting entries including callback
▪ Monitor GL on a daily basis
▪ Assist in the monthly closing cycle
▪ Prepare GL certification for accounting monthly
▪ Prepare monthly financial reports for Management, including Board of Directors
▪ Provide direct accounting assistance to Accounting Officer and Controller
▪ Assist in other projects as needed

Job Qualifications
▪ Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred)
▪ Must be fluent in English; bilingual in Korean/English preferred
▪ Banking experience preferred
▪ Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles preferred

2. HR Generalist or HR Assistant depending on experience

Job Summary
The HR Generalist assists with multiple human resources functions, including, but not limited to, Payroll, Transactions, Benefits, FMLA, Timekeeping, Filing, and other duties as assigned and required. This role will require a strong organizational, communication, data processing, and basic understanding of Federal and State regulations, as well as Payroll/HR compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
 
Job Qualifications
▪ Bachelor Degree Required
▪ Previous working knowledge of HR compliance, Payroll, and Employee Relationship preferred
▪ Effective Verbal and Written Communication skills
▪ Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
▪ Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively
▪ Ability to work independently
▪ Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

3. Loan Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
The Loan Compliance Specialist II is responsible for the ongoing review of all loans originated and processed within the company. The primary purpose of the review is to assure federal, state, and internal procedures are properly maintained and documented. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the residential mortgage lending industry, processes, rules, regulations, including but not limited to HMDA, RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, SAFE Act, FCRA, PTFA, and ECOA.

Job Qualifications
▪ This position will work with the Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, mitigate potential liabilities and help avoid penalties or other legal action.
▪ On-going monitoring of the mortgage compliance and quality control programs, including auditing mortgage loans for adherence to federal and state regulations and documenting all findings for management review.
▪ Working with the mortgage department regarding rules, standards, and regulatory compliance.
▪ Adverse action review
▪ HMDA, Fair Lending, and CRA monitoring and reporting
▪ Respond to internal and external inquiries related to compliance.
▪ Review all loans subject to flood insurance for adherence to FEMA, FDIC, and Company policies and procedures.
▪ Other responsibilities as assigned.
▪ 3+ years’ experience working with a mortgage and commercial loan compliance.

4. Operations Specialist I

Job Summary
Under general direction, following bank policies and procedures, reconciling general ledger accounts, service to branch members by providing accurate information/instructions, researches problems, and provide accurate answers to branches and other departments.

Job Qualifications
▪ Education: High school diploma or GED
▪ Required 1yr+ banking experience
▪ Operations experience is a plus but not required
▪ Basic banking knowledge
▪ Basic knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

All position candidates must be fluent in English or bilingual in Korean/English is preferred
