Summary
Under direct supervision of Atlanta's Administration Team, this position performs duties related to all General Affairs matters, including purchasing office supplies, office asset purchases, and creating reports. This position will also work as a receptionist and handle incoming phone calls and mail.
Responsibilities
• Purchasing/GUS Portal System
• Managing inventory and ordering office supplies for Atlanta office supplies and performing general purchasing
• Assist with purchasing for warehouse & AHQ office in Duluth, GA location - requiring online research and sourcing vendors
• Reviewing purchasing related invoices and preparing for Accounts Payable
• Following up with A/P for unpaid invoices
• Monitor and manage purchasing budget
• Requesting additional budgets
• Maintain PR Portal system
• Assist in the enhancement of PR system
• Conducting training for new hires at the location
• Sourcing new vendors
• Asset Investment
• Review quotes from Warehouse & AHQ locations to ensure accuracy
• Assist in getting approval for investment for all locations
• Gather investment plans from all locations
• Invoice Processing
• Review and process invoices for facility
• Receptionist
• Assist Employees with business travel arrangements
• Handle all incoming calls, incoming/outgoing mail, and parcels
• Other duties as assigned
• Assist with special projects for Atlanta office (Office expansion, reorganizing office and storage)
• Assist in setting up company events - Holiday party, company luncheon, town hall meeting, vendor meeting, etc
• Assist with creating an annual General Affairs plan
• Translating some Korean documents to English
• Assist HQ with facility-related issues
• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal & external customers
Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Korean (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is preferred
• Proficient PC skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with experience using database systems is highly preferred
• Strong ability to identify and correct errors
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Education & Experience
• High School Diploma/G.E.D
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 - 3 years of related experience
• Experience in Customer Services, Safety/Security, Property Management, and/or Finance preferred
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
• Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand/walk
