HR Supervisor position
 
1. 급여 및 특징
– Job Type: 정규직(Full-time job)
– Salary: $50,000 부터 그 이상 (협의 가능! 오래 함께 일하실 인재를 찾기 때문에 연봉 협상 편하게 제시
해주세요)

2. 업무내용 (Roles & Responsibilities)
– Develop, coordinate, and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, initiatives, and surveys to support
the HR department’s compliance and strategy needs.
–  Administer payroll-related tasks such as daily and weekly verification on work hours of each employee.
– Finalize the payroll file of all employees
– Conduct periodic raises and performance evaluations of the employee
– Administer benefit plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
– Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries.
– Provide support to employees in various matters such as leaves, overtime requests, time off requests,
etc.
– Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the
organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
– Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human
resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in
policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
–        Mentor and develop team leaders building skills to lead their people

3. 지원 자격 (Requirements & Qualifications)
– 대졸이상 (Prefer major in Computer Science, IT Management, Business Management, or MBA)
– 2년이상의 관리자 (supervisor or manager) 경력 또는 그에 상응하는 업계의 경력 (Computer
science 또는 IT management degree가 있을시 그 분야 경력으로 대체 가능)
–  MS Excel 과 MS PPT 중급이상 실력의 소유자
– 아중언어 구사자 (영어 & 한국어)
우대조건
– 인사관련 또는 인력채용 관련 업무 3년이상의 경력자
– 연방 노동법과 각 주 노동자 관련 법 또는 혜택에 대해 잘 알고있으며 관련된 경력이 있으신 분
– 기업체 안전관련 자격증이 있으신 분 (BCSP, IHMM, ARM, OSHA, IPEP, IHMM 등 그 외 다수)
– 심리 또는 communication관련 부전공 하신분 (Minor in psychology or communication)
