Scope:
We are recruiting an experienced industrial or manufacturing professional to lead the on-site staffing work inside a state-of-the-art facility in North GA. The On-site Specialist is an important position that seeks to create a highly efficient work environment thereby creating value, safe working conditions, and a positive work culture that creates profit for the client.
Responsibilities:
• Employee management on attendance, assignments, termination, policy guidelines, PPE, timecards, paychecks, and special training/orientation as needed
• Data entry on ERP/CRM & time clock management for employees
• Daily communication with clients (HR Dept. & Plant Supervisor) and employees to develop optimal positive rapport & relationship
• Reports on employee activities & incidents on a timely basis
• Attend training and meetings as required by clients and the company
• Perform other duties instructed by the manager
Qualification:
• 4 Year Degree (Non-major specific) preferred or equivalent experiences
• Uncanny ability to assess situations and determine the most suitable plan of action
• Excellent work ethic demonstrated by work history
• Strong problem-solving ability and sense of responsibility
• Tech Savvy, comfortable with various technology
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Fully bilingual in Korean and English
• Authorized to work in the US
• J-1, E-2S & L-2S applicants are welcomed
Compensation
