Job Duties
• Provide in home service to customer base by repairing household Appliances and TVs from Samsung in an efficient and timely manner that exceeds customers' expectations
• General repairs on Refrigerators, Microwaves, Ovens, Cooktops, Dishwashers, Clothes Washers, Dryers and Samsung TV's
• Have or acquire your own basic hand tools, larger specialty tools provided by the company
• Drive and maintain your company vehicle in a responsible manner
• Assume responsibility for company tools and parts in your possession
• Be on time and prompt for appointments and company meetings 
Requirements
• Basic mechanical knowledge general Handyman type personality
• Knowledge of HVAC or prior Appliance experience is a plus
• Good driving record
• Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, co-workers and management
Education and Experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• EPA/HVAC certification
• Working knowledge of Appliances an TV electronics is a plus
• Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school a plus
Pre-employment background screening (Criminal and DMV) as well as post offer drug testing is required for all employees.
