1. 모집부문 및 인원 : 인사총무팀 신입 또는 경력사원 (1명)
2. 필수사항 : 학위 소지자 / 영어능력 중상 이상자 / MS Office 활용능력 우수자
3. 담당업무
 1) Make employment, reward and punishment system, Reporting Daily Attendance Status
 2) HR Policy- Company Policy and supplement, Management of Team Relations.
 3) Welfares of Employees-Welfare Policy, Basic Health Insurances, such as Health, Dental and Vision,
  Other Insurance: Worker’s Comp, Long/Short-term disability, Retirement 401K plan..
 4) Training and Education of Employees-Training new employees about Company Policy and rules. 
 5) Performance Evaluation-Forming the structure and regulation of wage, time, holidays and vacations,
  Performance of Evaluation and collection of appraisals.
 6) General Work-Supporting and planning team relations activities-Dept. party, outdoor activities, and fun day.
 7) Other HR/GA tasks
4. 근무환경
- 근무형태 : 연봉 정규직
- 근무시간 : 주5일(월~금) 08:00~17:00 (점심시간, 12:00~13:00)
- 근무지역 : 1500 County Rd 177 , Cusseta, Alabama 36852
- 급여 : 신입초임 $53,000 및 당사 기준 개인 직무수행 능력에 따른 직무급 및 성과급 부여
