Freight Forwarding (Inbound Operations)- Full Time
Entry Level – 0명
Job Location: Duluth, Georgia
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Equivalent work experience preferred, but not required
- Monitoring and follow-up with customers, overseas agents, and other vendors
- Customer service skills and problem-solving skills regarding transportation systems, and customer issues
- Manage and negotiate with carriers/forwarder/broker selection to maintain rate and service contracts
- Excellent communicating and reporting skills to upper management regarding all but not limited to costs,
special projects, and any issues.
- Responsible, organized with the skills to multi-task
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and interactively with other staff members
- Demonstrate expertise skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with various logistics/accounting programs is a plus
- Bi-lingual in both English and Korean
- Must be able to legally work in the US
