3. Position:                Admin
4. Type:                    Part time position
5. Hours:                  20 hours per week 
6. Working Period:    7/2022 ~ 12/2022 (6 months)
7. Hourly Rate:          (협의)
8. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review shipping documents and invoice
• Use of SAP System, Input the data and make approve orders and payment.
• Daily phone/email communication with customers
• Daily update of monthly sales order file
• Daily communication with finance team
• Review Account Receivable, assist in making accounts receivable collections and more

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent Computer Skill and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
