Happynarae is looking for a Procurement Specialist who is inexperienced or experienced.
 
Job Description 
• Receiving Inquiry
• Making procurement plan and strategy with team members 
• Sourcing and selecting qualified suppliers 
• Receive quotation and price analysis 
• Negotiations of prices, quality, lead time terms and condition 
• Receiving and Issuing P/O 
• Tracking income and expenditure 
• Management orders of lead time and logistics 
• Confirmation of delivery 
• Receiving and Issuing Invoice
• Following up Invoices
• Monthly order closing 
 
Required Skills 
• Buying experience in MRO industry is plus 
• Experience of placing P/O of high volume and amount is preferred
• MS Office
 
Education 
• 4-year college in business, engineering, or social sciences
 
Work Authorization 
• Legally eligible to work in the US
