Material Manager or Assistant Manager (Bilingual in English/Korean)

Job description
As one of the qualified logistic companies, CIRG LLC relies on the efficiency and effectiveness of our fulfillment centers. We consider each of our regional warehouses to be a well-organized, driven by a customer-oriented satisfaction. To deliver on our promise to consumers, we count on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. Currently, we’re seeking a warehouse manager to join our team and manage operations in Hazel Park, MI. This professional will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and repacking activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality and safety standards are met at every time. We are looking for the talented people with passion to glow together with the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency and safety, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by monitoring, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, supervising, and managing operation goals
Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, scanning barcode processes to shift movement, receiving and shipping
Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
Plan team scheduling and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment of daily target, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in shipping and receiving
Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
Ability to work with all levels of company staffs
Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
Ability to make decisions under pressure
A keen eye for detail
Bilingual English and Korean preferred

HR Manager (Bilingual in English and Korean)
Job description
Employee hiring, and employee standard and procedure execution
Employee benefits including insurance administration
Payroll process including general purchasing tasks
General HR operation & supervising warehouse safety activities
Responsibilities and Duties
New employee hire process; recruit, screen and interview applicants
Create a safe environment for all employees
Provide orientation of new employees, and maintain personnel records
Establish employee compliance with all company policies and state/federal laws and regulations
Maintain employees’ records and update as needed
Update company policies, insurance and employee benefit package
Facilitate communications between management/department heads and employees
Co-manage meetings along with Regional Directors
Educate employees on company benefits and rewards, including safety training courses
Complete payroll paperwork
Maintain company bulletin board for legal required notices and company announcement
Assist management with corrective action as needed
Assist management and department heads with conflict resolutions and accidents
Supervise accounting and general purchasing clerk
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (related major preferred, but not required)
Bilingual in Korean is preferred
Ability to work and effectively communicate with all levels within a corporate environment
Strong communications and interpersonal skill
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Power Point (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Accounting Clerk
Responsibilities and Duties
Process reimbursement forms
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Create and update expense reports
Prepare bank deposits
Review and file payroll documents
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Excel and Word; familiarity with databases
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Detail orientation with a strong work ethic
Ability to multi-task and meet strict monthly deadlines
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Bilingual (Korean / English)
