About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Security Operations Engineer with strong hands-on experience in enterprise security infrastructure and deep understanding of network systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in security operations and a solid technical background in network protocols, incident response, and threat detection.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate enterprise-wide security infrastructure and policies (Firewall, NAC, EDR, DLP, Proxy, VPN, etc.)
• Analyze security logs, detect anomalies, and respond to incidents in real time.
• Perform network traffic analysis to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Support security architecture reviews and system implementation validations.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and user awareness training.
• Participate in security audits and compliance activities (NIST, ISO 270001, KISA, etc.)
• Monitor solution performance and log integrity, driving automation and operational efficiency.  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Security Operations, Infrastructure Security, or System Security.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, VPN, etc.)
• Experience with major security tools: Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NAC, DLP
• Familiarity with Windows / Linux servers and Active Directory environments
• Proven incident response and threat analysis skills
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Symantec, or other network security devices
• Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Elastic, etc.)
• Automation or scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
• Ability to write and communicate technical reports in English.
