Duties :

사무실 행정업무
파일 정리, 데이터 입력, 문서 작성 등의 사무 처리를 지원합니다.
일정, 회의 및 행사를 조정합니다.
전산/자산/차량/사무 환경 관리 등
한국 본사와 소통


자격 요건:

영어와 한국어가 능통하신 분
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 등의 컴퓨터 기술에 능통한 분
본인 업무를 자신있게 주도적으로 수행할 수 있는 분
우선순위를 조정하는 유연한 사고를 갖춘 분
문제 해결 능력과 세심한 주의력을 가진 분


자격 요건:

사무 보조 또는 사무직 경험이 있는 분 우대
학사 학위 또는 동등한 경력을 보유한 분
미국에서 합법적으로 일할 수 있는 자격을 가진 분
