Extreme Auto Transport is a leading logistics company with over 25 years of experience in the auto transport industry. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing the financial operations that keep our business moving.

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing daily cash flow operations, including timely application of client payments, forecasting cash balances, and ensuring vendor payments are executed accurately and on time. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with both internal teams and external partners, all while adhering to company treasury policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately apply customer payments and reconcile A/R invoices.
• Follow up with customers or internal operations teams regarding unpaid or audit-held invoices.
• Forecast weekly cash positions and execute weekly A/P payments using SAP Global Firmbanking.
• Manage recurring payments including rent and corporate credit card expenses.
• Validate customer and vendor accounts with the bank and complete BP registration in SAP.
• Monitor and maintain A/R and A/P aging reports, documenting any discrepancies and tracking resolution steps.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and develop 3-month rolling cash forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• ability to work 100% in office out of Duluth, GA.

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant treasury or accounting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, act with professionalism, and exercise sound judgment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
