*채용 포지션: Lead Cook (full time)
*업무

Supervise staff: Train, mentor, and direct kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.

Oversee food production: Coordinate and manage the preparation of hot and cold menu items, ensuring efficiency and adherence to recipes.

Maintain quality & standards: Monitor and ensure food quality, portion control, and consistency in dishes served to customers.

Manage kitchen operations: Ensure stations are stocked, equipment is functioning properly, and cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed.

Inventory & supplies: Track inventory levels, monitor food rotation to reduce waste, and assist with ordering supplies.

Ensure safety & compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Leadership & problem-solving: Act as a working supervisor, handling day-to-day issues, and stepping in to manage the kitchen during a supervisor's absence.
