Administrative Assistant

Our company is a dynamic and rapidly growing committed to excellence in the management and maintenance of residential properties. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our team.

Job Duties

·         Receive and process incoming work orders; accurately input into CRM software

·         Purchasing materials and maintaining inventory records

·         Compile daily, weekly, or monthly reports as needed

·         Provide general administrative and accounting support

Qualifications

·         Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role is a plus

·         Demonstrated ability to type quickly (wpm 105-120)

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·         Comfortable working with computers, including scheduling software, email and Excel

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a face-paced environment

Additional Details

·         Pay: Salary $40,000-$50,000

·         Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm

·         Fluency in English required; proficiency in Korean is a plus
