Position Summary

We’re seeking a bilingual (Korean/English) Personal Lines Agent to join our in-office team in Duluth. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and motivated to build lasting relationships with clients while growing a long-term career in insurance. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on personal insurance coverage including home, auto, umbrella, and other personal lines
• Quote, bind, and issue new policies through multiple carriers
• Manage renewals and proactively remarket accounts to maintain competitive coverage and pricing
• Respond to client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
• Maintain accurate client records and follow agency compliance procedures
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong retention rates

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
• Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred; P&C license a plus (licensing sponsorship available)
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Dependable, professional, and eager to learn

Compensation: Competitive base + incentive pay + full benefits package
