Job Title: Logistics Claim Analyst @ Plano, TX
Contract: 1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity
Location: Plano, TX
Hours:[Option 1] Monthly Schedule: 1st week: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM // 2nd-4th week: Monday - Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
           [Options 2] Monday – Friday 08:00~17:00

주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities):
• 다양한 데이터 소스로부터 클레임 데이터 수집
• 클레임 데이터 분석을 통한 클레임 추이, 회수율/클레임 비율 및 기타 상황 예측 보고
• 경영진 요청 시 추가 데이터 제공
• 120일 이상 경과된 미해결 클레임 모니터 및 관련 팀원에게 정기적으로 알림 제공
• NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS, Cello 등의 시스템 활용을 통한 운송 및 클레임 관련 데이터 조회 및 수집
• 일간/주간/월간 진행 보고서를 위한 데이터 수집 및 정리
• 수시 보고 요청 및 특별 프로젝트(Ad-hoc 업무) 우선순위 설정 및 수행
• 대규모 전사 데이터 ETL 프로세스 설계, 구현, 자동화 및 유지 관리

자격 요건 및 역량 (Qualifications & Skills):
• 통계학, 회계학, 경영학, 데이터 분석 관련 학사 학위 또는 이에 준하는 실무 경험
• 데이터 분석 경력 최소 2~3년 이상 (운송/물류 분야 경험자 우대)
• 한국어/영어 이중언어 능통자
• 명확하고 간결하게 정보 전달하는 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 대인관계 능력
• 다양한 출처의 복잡한 정보에 대한 이해 및 정리, 전달 능력
• 뛰어난 문제 해결력, 기획력 및 책임감 있는 업무 수행 능력
• 빠르게 변화하는 팀 환경에서 유연하게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 역량
• 경영진 보고를 위한 Microsoft Excel 고급 활용 능력 (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, 계절지수, IF 함수 등)
• 공동 목표 달성을 위해 업무를 협업하고 효율적으로 분담할 수 있는 능력

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect claim data from various data sources.
• Analyze claim data to report on claim trends, recovery/claim ratio, and other situational forecasts.
• Provide additional data as requested by Management.
• Monitor aging claim status and provide frequent notifications to team members regarding outstanding claims exceeding 120 days.
• Obtain relevant transportation/claim data using systems such as NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS, and Cello.
• Collect and organize data for daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Prioritize and execute any ad hoc reporting and special project requests.
• Design, implement, automate, and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
• Consistently meet strict deadlines set by management with a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of data analytics experience.
• Transportation/Logistics experience preferred.
• Fluent in English & Korean
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to read, interpret, and simplify complex information from various sources into clear and understandable formats.
• Strong critical thinking and planning ability; balancing accountabilities; flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical skills in Microsoft Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, seasonal index, IF functions, etc.) for reporting to management.
• Ability to collaborate and share tasks to maximize efficiency towards common goals.
