Job title:              Senior Associate / Procurement
Location:            Suwanee, GA
Terms:                Full time 08:00 ~ 17:00 (M-F)
Employee Type:  Full-time Exempt

Job descriptions:
 - Reviewing purchase order information to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
 - Providing assistance with proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and contract administration
 - Coordinating with other vendors such as warehousing, shipping, or trucking to ensure that goods are delivered on time in good condition
 - Maintaining records of bids and purchase orders for future reference
 - Initiating and processing purchase orders for materials or services needed by the company
 - Coordinating with suppliers to review product samples, discuss delivery schedules, and resolve problems regarding quality or quantity of goods
 - Managing inventory levels by placing orders for additional materials or canceling orders for slow-moving items
 - Interacting with suppliers and vendors to ensure that orders are filled correctly and on time
 - Reviewing inventory levels to ensure that all items are available in sufficient quantities

Position Requirements:
 - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
 - Dependable and responsible a MUST.
 - Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines.
 - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
 - Ability to multi-task.
 - Detain-oriented team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
 - Over 4 years of experience
