Position: Branch Manager
[Job Overview]
The branch manager directs the overall activities of the branch to continually and simultaneously serve the customers within the company’s target market in an extraordinary manner so that the company’s brand name and reputation continue to flourish.  Using discretion and independent judgment, the branch manager leads the branch toward its primary objectives.
[Requirements/Qualifications]
 Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or similar role
 Sufficient knowledge of management techniques and best practices
 Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
 Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or economics
 Minimum of 5 years of banking experience
 Product knowledge
 Fluency in the English language
 Familiar with industry’s rules and bank regulations
 Strong leadership
 Bi-lingual in Korean/English is preferred
