Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Staff Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving the senior community and a strong understanding of the unique cultural needs of our residents. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our visibility and outreach within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the general population, as well as the Korean demographic.
• Create engaging content (digital and analogue) for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and brochures.
• Build relationships with Korean churches, community organizations, senior centers, and local businesses.
• Represent Eben Silver Town at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings
• Build referral partnerships with hospitals, social workers, and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with staff to ensure marketing materials reflect our values and mission.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance to refine strategies.
• Assist with website updates and content creation
• Help produce promotional films and resident stories
• Schedule and coordinate tours
• Assist families through the inquiry and move-in process
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in marketing or community outreach, preferably in the senior care sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
