Our company is located in Suwanee, GA and provides ATM/Credit Card Merchant Processing Service in the Southeastern region of the USA. We are currently seeking a hard-working, qualified individual to assume the role: Credit Card Support Specialist (full-time, entry-level).
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
• Provide phone support; Resolve all outstanding issues as quickly as possible
• Prepare/stage POS hardware and software for deployment
• Maintain POS department equipment and tools
• Perform hardware repairs as required, both in-house and in the field - Test, evaluate software/hardware issues
• Able to multi-task and prioritize given tasks
• Provide training to associates, merchants and resellers - Install and configure software, hardware, cables/wiring, and networks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English & Korean (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required)
• Intermediate-level computer proficiency
o POS/PC support related experience preferred, but not required. On-site POS training will be provided.
• Able to work and problem-solve independently with minimal supervision
• Diligent, self-motivated, and effective time management skills
• Long-term commitment is highly anticipated.
