Responsibilities:
1. Documentation organization. Proof of Delivery. Electric Interchange Record tickets. Any paperwork relating to daily operation for D.O.T. compliance.
2. Daily transaction Data (Electric Data) Gathering & Verification. Gathering the daily transaction data from the G.A. Port of Authority website and verifying it with the operator's actual information. Monitoring the Master dashboard sheet (Google spreadsheet) and correct if inaccurate data found.
3.Generation of the weekly Settlement report. Collecting and Verifying operator's weekly settlement record with the actual information on the master dashboard sheet, prepare the weekly salary report(paystub), and submit it to Accounting Department weekly basis.
4.Sales invoice creation. Generating the 1ST Draft sales invoices. Rate confirmation and paperwork collection.
5.Monitoring Daily Operation status and Create a daily operation report.
Requirement:
1. Advance skill in Excel
2. Bilingual in Korean and English
Location: Union City, GA
Pay rate: $16.00 to $18.00/hr (D.O.E)
3 ~6개월후 정규직으로 전환 가능합니다.
