Seeking Hiring Regional Local CDL A Drivers-Company Drivers

Salary Range: Annual $50700 (Beginner for 6 months) ~ $62400(After first 6 months), Every year Pay Raise for 5 Years.
                    Average $1,000 ~ $1,200 per Week for the starting year with annual raise.

Work Days: Monday ~ Saturday 6 days per week

General Job details: Dedicated run from a customer warehouse to stores as pre-scheduled lane.
                Store runs will be rotated weekly among other local drivers.
                Some maintenance and repair assist such as drop and pick up the vehicles at shops for the repair as needed.
                Pre-Trip & Post-Trip Walk around inspection for the vehicle daily
                Packing Invoices & Bill of ladings to be carried by the driver from the warehouse to the stores vice versa.
                Good communication skills for routine and  any unexpected events to the company
                Not only limited to the above details but tasks can be various in order to operate successful freight completion.

• Safely drive a commercial motor vehicle (tractor and trailer)

• Complete deliveries on schedule and interface with customers effectively
• Follow company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same
• Work cooperatively and productively with supervisors and other associates to complete tasks
• Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner
• Perform and document pre and post trip inspections and complete all necessary paperwork
• Verify order to ensure correct products loaded
• All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, skills and abilities
• Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain all DOT required licenses and documentation
• Adhere to DOT rules and regulations
• Operate in a constant state of alertness, and safe manner
• Safely get in and out of the cab on your own such as three point contacts

What You Bring to the Table
• Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid CDL Class A license
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience or three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
• Comfortable driving and working in local area
